Guo Wei's Birthday

My student reporter's friend..... Guo Wei is having his birthday a few days before today...... But me and my friends decided to celebrate with him at Telephone Restaurant Cheras tonight..... We didn't meet each other such a long time..... Today..... We are very happy meeting each other...... He is now working as a photographer (very good right ??? hehe..... as I think.....) and this is also what he like..... very happy to heard that...... Same as others birthday party...... We just eat, chat and give present...... But all of us are very happy........ Do you envy us ??? Next time..... I'm sure you'll have the chance to do so...... :D

Presentation For BM Assignment

Me and my group member are having our presentation for BM assignment today...... If you want me to say whether our presentation is good or not..... I would give comment on individual..... 5 person I think only 2 person are good..... and of course..... including me.... I doesn't mean that I'm very well but at least I do preparation...... But things I didn't expect happen on me..... Before we start our serious presentation..... Our group decided to act a show..... I don't want to say about the show..... As a summary I would like to say I'm acting a student..... I have to wear school uniform to my college..... I doesn't care how people look at me (as I expect they will laugh here and there)...... But I really cannot believe how my group member say and look to me...... I'm very angry to my group member but at the same time I'm very happy for my own presentation..... It's really good (this is what my teacher said)...... haih.... I really don't know.....

* ^Another Surprise^ *

I found a very funny thing at the Riverband....... You guess what ??? Is James Brooke bistro and cafe...... Wah..... I'm very very excited...... Now only I know why shold we study History..... It's very interesting if you know the history story...... As I saw this...... I can recall back all my history that I had study at secondary school...... I remember James Brooke..... The first white King of Borneo (Sarawak) ....... :p I drank a coffee and aet a set of "Brooke Family" there...... It's delicious...... but is very very expensive ohhh......

See what am I holding ?? Hehe... actually I also don't know.... But I know I'm at Orang Ulu long house.... :p

Although you see me so nice and happy.... but actually I'm very scared... because I'm standing at the stairs that is very small but tall.... Here is Melanau long house....

This is inside of the Iban long house..... This traditional long house is built of axe-hewn timber, tied with creeper fibre, roofed with leaf thatch.....

Cultural Tour !!!

After watching the cultural show.... Me and my family take a tour around the Cultural Village.... There's a lot of their culture house (most probably are long house)....... like Bidayuh long house, Iban long house, Penan hut, New Orang Ulu long house, Sword Making Foundry, Melanau Tall house, Sago hut, Malay house, Top house, Pottery Kiln and lastly....... my own culture - Chinese Farm house...... All the decorations inside the house was special decorated...... Some of the houses also provide their own culture food for the tourists........ Every house I go I will take a "chop" in my "PASSPORT" to show that I had been here before...... Hehheee...... so good.... This Sarawak Cultural Village used 1 day to go along...... Tired but happy.......

Many people like this dance..... Orang Ulu - Kanjet Ngeleeput..... This dance potrays the nimble but stealthy steps of the warrior as he goes about on a hunting trip in the jungle, searching for his prey..... He sees his target, takes aim and blows out a deadly dart which seldom fails to find its mark...... NICE !!!!!!

Now.... this is my favourite dance..... I think it is very special.... This is Melanau - Alu-alu.... You try to guess this dance is perform during what period ?? I tell you.... This is performed during a death ceremony to comfort the visiting relatives and friends...... I promise.... I didn't lie to you.....

This is Iban - Ngajat Lesong. The Iban warrior demonstrates the extraordinary strength of his teeth by lifthing the mortar, weighing around 20kg.........

This is Bidayuh - Rajang Be'uh.... It is usually performed after harvest season as a form of entertainment for guests of the long house.....

* * A Nice Day At Sarawak Cultural Village * *

Sarawak Cultural Village is the most interesting place that I like very much...... I go in with my "passport" at 10am.... Then I straightly proceed to Theatre..... to look a culture show..... It is a dance show.... There are Iban Ngajat Lesong, Ngajat Pahlawan, Bidayuh Rajang Be'uh, Tolak Bala, Langgi Julang, Orang Ulu Datun Julud, Kanjet Ngeleput, Malanau Tarian Menyak, Alu-alu, Malay Senanong Sarawak, Tarian Royong, Serampang Baru and Chinese Lion Dance...... It's very nice....All their dances tell stories of happenings amongst and around them in their daily living..... That is only one part of the Cultural Village...... Let me show you their dance pictures firat..... Later I tell somemore about the Cultural Village....... Still have a lot to tell....... : )

~ ~ ~ ~ New Year Trip At Sarawak ~ ~ ~ ~

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY !!! I'm at Sarawak...... It's a nice and relaxing trip..... I go to Kuching with my family..... There's a lot of beautiful places we go...... The most interesting is the Sarawak Cultural Village..... very beautiful..... Sarawakians are very friendly and funny..... We jump, sing, dance and take photograph together...... Other places like Chinese Temple, Sarawak muzium, Cat Muzium, Riverband, China Street and Kuching Town..... And, of course, I buy a lot of souvenir for my friends..... It cost me a lot of money........ But it's ok for me because I buy it for all my best friends...... Hope they will like it...... Next time, if you have a chance to go to Kuching, Sarawak (like me haha...) ...... you must visit the Cultural Village..... I like it very much...... :p

My P Lesen : )

Wah !!!!! so fast..... I got my P lesen...... It means I can drive already !!!!!! Wah...... can go anywhere already...... But My father and mother say I must drive near my house first before I drive out...... My friends called me to fetch them already....... Anyway..... I don't have confident to drive out.... because i think that i will surely crash somebody's car once i drive out...... Maybe i really have to drive around my house first............

Econ assessment.......

I'm having my economy first semester assessment today..... It's quite good..... not hard as I think.... As all of us know our assessment is very important to us..... It is one part of our coursework..... 30% of coursework(including your attendance, class participation, assignment and mid term assessment)....... then 70% is your final exam's mark...... You must pass both then only you consider as PASS that subject..... If you fail either one.... although you get high marks..... you consider as fail..... Luckily I can pass my mid-term assessment.....

Driving Test....... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ermm.... I'm having my first and only one driving test...... You guess what's the result ?? Hahaha..... I PASS !!!!! Hahaaa.... very happy..... Yesterday i'm very scared about the test but now.... I'm very happy...... But today o lot of people taking the test..... I heard the "pegawai" said it's almost 400 people.... Luckily I'm faster...... I finish the whole test only 10am something.... Besides, I saw a lot of my ex-secondary school there..... like kar lam, wai yan and some (i don't know their name)....... We are very happy meeting with each others..... I think.... we are the most noisy group while waiting for the test..... Haha.... Have friends is better then no friends..... Although some of us don't know each others , we still talk to each others and enjoy sharing our school holidays life...... Maybe you will feel very strange how can we talk so many but we don't know each others ??? Haha.... it's because we know we came from a same school...... If you proceed to a college or other places , you will be very happy when u meet your ex-school's friends....... although you don't know them.....
